Yes a Proof of residence is a must in order to open an account with Amana Financial Services.

8- How do I open an additional account?

There are no fees on opening or closing an account with Amana Financial Services

Cash and cash equivalents cannot be accepted, as this method prevents us from verifying the origin of the funds.

These types of financial institutions are considered high-risk for money laundering. Any funds received via this method will be returned upon receipt.

3- Do you accept Checks for funding my account?
Currently we do not accept Checks.

4- Can I send funds in currencies not listed in your website?
We have funding instructions that can be applied on several currencies. If you wire funds in a currency other than the denomination of that bank account, the bank will automatically convert it to the denominated currency at an exchange rate it specifies without getting back to you, which may not necessarily be favorable.

- Bank Transfer: this can be affected by your bank and correspondent bank timings. But we commit to record the funds into your trading account within an hour after receiving them.
- Credit/Debit Card: During working hours this type of funds needs usually 1 hours to be processed.

1- How can I withdraw funds from my account?
Withdrawal operations are very easy. Simply login to our website using the username and password sent when you opened your account. Click on "Withdraw" and fill in the required information.

2- How long will the withdrawal process take?
Bank Transfers are usually processed within 1 business day but it might take about 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account.
Credit/Debit Card: usually processed by us within 1 working day. However, it takes about 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account. -
3- What are the fees for withdrawing funds?
Amana Financial Services will not charge you any fees for withdrawals, yet wiring fees may apply.

4- If I funded my account via Debit/Credit card, can I withdraw via bank wire?
Accounts funded via Debit/Credit card will be subjected to receiving withdrawals (limited to the amount deposited) via the same credit or debit card used. Any profit above the deposited amount will be wired back to your bank account.

3- Can I run Expert Advisors and Trailing stop on Amana Financial Services Metatrader 4?
Our platform supports those functionalities. But you should be aware that trading operations using additional functions on your client terminal such as Trailing Stop or Expert Advisor are executed completely under your responsibility, as they depend directly on your client trading terminal.

4- Can I run Metatrader 4 on apple computers?
If you are a MAC user, you no longer need to install "Parallel Desktop" or use "Boot Camp" to be able to run your MetaTrader 4, all you have to do is to login to the web trader from the link below and start trading.

5- How do I change the Password of Metatrader 4?
- Login to your Metatrader 4
- Click Tools on the top navigation bar
- Select Options > Change. A new window will open.
- Enter your current password and a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Press OK

6- Can Metatrader 4 be displayed in languages other than English?
Yes, Metatrader 4 supports several languages. When you Log in, go to the menu at the top, select View > Languages, and then select the language in which you wish to use the platform. Then, close the program and re-open it and you will displayed in the language you have chosen.

7- I am getting "No Connection Error" when I log in. What could be the reason and what can I do?
Possible solutions:
- First of all, check your internet connection, maybe the problem is caused by your Internet Service Provider’s. Then try to surf web pages that are hosted in various countries. If some pages cannot be opened, contact your ISP’s Technical Support.
- Try to disable or configure your antivirus and/or firewall software that is installed on your computer, it may block some internet connections of MetaTrader 4 terminal. The internet communication port 443 should be opened and available to terminal.exe application. If opening these ports won't help, you can try to completely disable the firewall/antivirus and restart your PC.
- If you are trading from your work PC, the office network may be configured to connect to the internet through a proxy-server. Please ask your System Administrator to provide you with the proxy server's details such as IP address, type of a proxy and port. Then you should enter this data to your MetaTrader 4 terminal ("Tools" menu > Options > Server > Enable proxy server > Proxy).
- Please ask your System Administrator about opened and closed ports on your office network. If port 443 is closed, you won't be able to use MetaTrader 4 terminal. You can ask your System Administrator to open this port.

8- What should I do if I have forgotten my Metatrader 4 Password?
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address that is associated with your account, mentioning your Metatrader 4 login and request a new password. A new password will be sent to you at a later stage. Please keep in mind to reset that password for security purposes.

9- How can I reinstall the Amana Financial Services Trader?
1. Go to the Start Menu and select Control Panel
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs
3. Select Amana FS Trader and click Remove
4. Once step 3 is complete, exit out of the Control Panel
6. Go to the Start Menu and select My Computer
7. Select Local Disk (C)
8. Open the Program Files folder and delete Amana FS Trader folder
9. Close all windows and restart your computer
